Sally completes English Channel swim with the Bowra Foundation.

On the 6th September 2023, Sally joined a group of extraordinary veterans, led by Mark Bowra to swim the English Channel. Despite a range of injuries including limb loss, partial paralysis & mental health issues, the team were determined and focused on raising awareness and funds for the BOWRA Foundation
